The model links its C&SP Segment Key Account Team, the new Japan One Solution Center and its service organization.

Главное
  • Schneider Electric Japan announced an organizational model for lifecycle support of AI data center projects.
  • Japan One Solution Center will cover cost estimation, design and project management, initially with approximately 50 employees.
  • The model coordinates commercial, solution-center and service functions without replacing existing product organizations.
  • Schneider Electric targets more than 30% CAGR in its Japan data-center-related business in 2025–2030 and aims to roughly double its scale.
  • The announcement concerns organizational capability, not a specific data center deployment or customer contract.

Schneider Electric Japan presented the new organizational model at a strategic presentation on 3 September 2026. It is designed to coordinate existing product organizations around customer projects rather than replace those business units.

The Japan One Solution Center is a central component of the structure. It will handle cost estimation, design and project management, starting with approximately 50 employees. It will work alongside the C&SP Segment Key Account Team and Schneider Electric’s service organization to support AI data center projects across their lifecycle, from initial concept and design to construction, operations and maintenance.

The company said its global One Solution Center organization has approximately 4,300 employees and is executing more than 14,000 projects. In Japan, Schneider Electric is targeting CAGR of more than 30% for its data-center-related business during 2025–2030 and aims to expand that business to roughly twice its current scale. These are company targets, rather than achieved results.

For AI data center operators and developers, the model may offer a more unified delivery structure across electrical infrastructure, cooling, engineering, construction and service. More broadly, it could indicate growing demand in Japan for suppliers able to assume integrated responsibility for critical infrastructure and project delivery.

Почему это важно

AI data center delivery depends on close coordination across power systems, cooling, engineering, construction and lifecycle service. Schneider Electric’s new model could reduce handoffs among those functions and reflects a potential shift in Japan toward integrated critical-infrastructure delivery rather than stand-alone product supply.
