Rogers Corporation has outlined an organic-growth strategy targeting more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue by 2030, with AI data-center applications identified as its largest adjacent-market opportunity. The company is advancing low-loss materials for high-speed interconnects and prototyping microchannel cooling products with several customers.
- Rogers is targeting more than $1.5 billion in annual revenue by 2030.
- Data centers, battery systems and EMI shielding are collectively targeted to generate more than $450 million in annual revenue by 2030.
- Rogers calls data centers the largest opportunity among these adjacent markets.
- Low-loss material design awards are expected to start generating revenue in the second half of 2027.
- Microchannel cooling remains in the customer-prototyping stage.
Rogers Corporation has set a target to exceed $1.5 billion in annual revenue by 2030 under an organic-growth strategy built on its existing technologies, manufacturing platforms and customer relationships.
Data centers, battery systems and EMI shielding are expected to contribute more than $450 million in combined annual revenue by 2030. Rogers identifies data centers as the largest opportunity within those adjacent markets, although it has not disclosed the data-center share of the combined target.
For AI data-center applications, the company is developing low-loss digital materials intended to reduce signal loss in complex server architectures. Rogers said major industry participants are testing these materials, with revenue from related design awards expected to begin in the second half of 2027.
The company is also prototyping microchannel cooling products with several customers. This work addresses a supply-chain requirement created by denser compute platforms: preserving signal integrity at high transmission speeds while improving heat removal from high-power chips.
The announcement is a supplier strategy rather than evidence of commissioned data-center capacity, secured deployment volumes or signed commercial supply contracts. Its market effect will depend on the outcome of customer testing, the conversion of design awards and the commercialisation and scale-up of the relevant products.
The strategy highlights how AI infrastructure demand is extending into specialist materials and chip-level thermal management. Higher data rates and chip heat loads could increase the value of low-loss interconnect materials and liquid-cooling approaches, but Rogers’ data-center opportunity remains subject to product testing, design awards and commercial adoption.
