Nebius Group has reportedly notified customers that it will raise on-demand rates for selected Nvidia GPU resources, including H100, H200, B200 and B300, from 1 October. The reported increase is about 20% and would be the company’s second price rise in three months.
- Nebius reportedly plans to raise selected Nvidia GPU on-demand rates from 1 October.
- The reported B300 price increase is from $7.85 to $9.50 per GPU-hour.
- Reported Nvidia GPU price increases range from 17% to 21%; selected CPU instances and memory services are also affected.
- The move is reported to be Nebius’s second price increase in three months.
- The report provides no data on GPU fleet scale, data-center capacity, utilisation or customer churn.
Nebius Group is reportedly increasing on-demand pricing for selected Nvidia GPU resources from 1 October, covering H100, H200, B200 and B300 products. Reported increases for individual Nvidia GPU rates range from 17% to 21%.
The B300 on-demand rate is reported to rise from $7.85 to $9.50 per GPU-hour. Nebius is also said to be increasing prices for some AMD- and Intel-based CPU instances by 25%, while selected memory services would rise by approximately 41%.
According to the report, this is Nebius’s second price increase within three months. The company is continuing to expand GPU availability in Europe and the United States, although the reporting does not provide information on the size of its GPU fleet, data-center capacity, geographic allocation of resources or utilisation levels.
Before the latest reported increase, Nebius’s AI cloud business had signed four customer contracts in one quarter, each with an average value above $1 billion, according to the source. Customer names, contract terms, execution status and delivery schedules were not disclosed.
For data-center and power-infrastructure markets, the pricing action is an indicator of potential resilience in the AI cloud segment. If the revised rates are sustained without significant customer churn, they could strengthen the case for returns on GPU-oriented data-center infrastructure and associated hosting capacity. The available information, however, is insufficient to establish actual GPU scarcity, physical capacity constraints, utilisation or the broader financial impact of the increases.
A second tariff increase at an AI cloud provider may indicate continued pricing resilience for high-performance GPU capacity. If implemented without material customer attrition, it could support the economics of GPU-focused data-center infrastructure and demand for GPU hosting; however, the available reporting does not disclose fleet size, capacity additions or utilisation.
