JLL UK has appointed Chhavi Nayak as Senior Director – Data Centre Transactions. Nayak will lead transaction strategy and support client growth in the UK data-center sector.

JLL UK has appointed Chhavi Nayak as Senior Director – Data Centre Transactions, adding senior transaction-focused capability to its UK data-center advisory team.
In the role, Nayak will lead transaction strategy and support client growth across the UK data-center sector. She will work with Paul Foreman and JLL’s infrastructure group from the company’s 1 Broadgate office in London.
Nayak joined JLL UK in August 2026 after three years and nine months as a Senior Manager at Deloitte UK. She had previously spent four years and two months at JLL India, including as Director – Product Implementation and Sales – Flexible Spaces.
The hire does not change physical data-center supply or power infrastructure directly. However, it may reinforce JLL’s capacity to advise on transactions and strategic client development in a market where site, asset and infrastructure transactions require specialised sector expertise.
The appointment expands JLL’s specialist advisory and transaction capability in the UK data-center market. While it does not directly affect data-center capacity or energy infrastructure, a larger specialist team could strengthen the firm’s ability to support transactions and client strategy in the segment.
