ASUS has presented a Full-Stack AI Factory portfolio at ASUS AI Tech 2026 in Seoul, positioning the offering as an end-to-end infrastructure stack rather than a discrete server product line.
The portfolio includes the ASUS AI POD XA VR721-E3, based on NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 and a rack-scale platform, alongside systems based on NVIDIA HGX Rubin and NVIDIA MGX. ASUS also highlighted storage and edge systems as part of the broader AI Factory architecture.
For pre-construction design, ASUS described an engineering workflow that combines its capabilities with NVIDIA DSX Sim Blueprint and solutions from Schneider Electric, AVEVA and IBM in a digital-twin environment. The company said ASUS Signal Virtual Lab is intended to validate design decisions under conditions that replicate the intended deployment site. Deployment is then handled through the ASUS Infrastructure Deployment Center, while ASUS Control Center Data Center Edition provides centralized visibility into equipment status, resource utilization and system health after deployment.
ASUS claims that the AI POD XA VR721-E3 can deliver up to a tenfold improvement in performance per watt versus the previous generation. ASUS has not disclosed the measurement methodology, baseline configuration or comparison conditions.
For data-center infrastructure teams, the presentation can be read as an example of compute, power, cooling and operational tooling being brought together in the AI-system design process. This model could support demand for suppliers able to engage before equipment deployment, including server, software, power and cooling vendors. It may also indicate that AI-infrastructure competition could extend beyond accelerator performance to the speed, predictability and operational control of bringing systems into service.
The available material does not specify site power capacity, CAPEX, deployment volumes, customers, delivery schedules or the commercial operating status of the systems presented.
The presentation may indicate a market move from standalone accelerated-server sales toward lifecycle-oriented AI infrastructure solutions. For data-center operators, it highlights the potential value of aligning IT load, power delivery, cooling, networking, storage and operational controls at the design stage; ASUS’s digital-twin approach could also intensify competition around deployment speed, predictability and manageability.
